Cirque du Soleil Costume Collaboration – 4/6/16 – I’m a bit late with this one! Cirque du Soliel has long made amazing experiences! An international team of sugar artists have teamed up to create some stunning tiered cakes honoring those costumes.

Although I have had the immense honor of doing cakes for the casts of Quidam and Varekai, Dralion by Cirque du Soleil was my FIRST Cirque show. I remember watching, enthralled. The costumes gave me the immediate, vibrant understanding that the main characters were the Four Elements. It was an unforgettable experience, and seemed fitting to honor them in this collab. This collab was for tiered cakes, and was out of my comfort zone!! Made using vibrant gels, dusts and metallics from Magic Colours
