Hubby and I live on a farm, and I was asked to do a small simple rustic cake for the guy that runs it. So here is my hilly hilly rather rushed farmer, on a rustic butter creamed lemon drizzle cake, no fondant here. Made the daffs as well.
Ive enjoyed experimenting with the buttercreaming on this one with Spring colours,and enjoyed it, despite the rush to get it done. Bake to finish in 24 hours…got to bed at 4am this morning…. I love my job. 🤗🤗
