Happy Birthday JP

Pina colada cake/pineapple & toasted coconut filling/coconut rum swiss meringue buttercream
Cake made for hubby which he didn’t care if it was decorated as long as it had coconut & pineapple so I decided to practice piping. Unfortunately, the buttercream was melting from the heat. Oh well, as long as it tastes good.

Thanks Linda. The quality of the piping is not where I would like it to be but I’m okay with the overall look. I actually looked at some of yours to get a feel for the look. Thanks for the inspiration.
