My contribution to “A Sugar Artists Tea Party” collaboration.
Incorporating the mood of spring with flowers, butterflies and birds in playful flight.
I pursued the idea of providing colour and appearance of movement.
An Australian influence featuring Rainbow Lorikeets, Ulysses Butterflies and Wattleseed scones.
Mediums include gumpaste, fondant, wafer paper… as well as pastries, desserts, chocolates and other edibles you include with High Tea.
Inspiration came from the beautiful Rainbow Lorikeets that frequent my garden.

Floral arrangement: (gumpaste and wafer paper) include roses, lisianthus, freesia, cordyline, variegated dracaena.
