I made this cake for a friend who loves gardening. Sugar flowers are definitely not my forte and I applaud those cake artists who specialise in it because it’s a lot of hard work!! Definitely happy with how it turned out and the look of the whole cake. I was going to use tappits to spell out my friend’s name but had a bit of a brainwave to create fondant worms instead. My best friend came to pick me up and couldn’t look directly at the cake as she has a phobia of worms – best compliment ever! XD
