Making this snuggly scarf wearing fox was such fun! wanted a cold wintery feel to this cake, icicles…..snow and timber. I tried to use gelatine to make the icicles but unfortunately I had to go back to the drawing board (they just didn’t look they way I wanted), so I ended up piping them in royal.
