I enjoyed creating this cake so much. Hand-piping the scrollwork on the bottom and top tiers was a departure from my usual style, and was quite zen. Although my hand disagreed before I finished the 12 inch tier!

Top tier is White Velvet cake with white chocolate buttercream filling, second tier is Southern Italian Cream Cake, third tier is White Velvet cake with both Raspberry and Amaretto buttercream fillings, & bottom tier is Hot Chocolate cake with Chocolate Silk buttercream filling.
