Four tier partly carved wedding cake, based on a photo from bride. Bottom tier is chocolate biscuit cake then two tiers of lemon drizzle cake carved to shape and covered in pleats, topped with a red velvet cake covered in pearls and topped with roses. This is my most elaborate cake to date and i was very pleased with the outcome.
