I would like to thank our awesome Z Stripes Team, lovely ladies and gentlemen and have done fantastic work.

This is my piece in this collaboration and it represents the way I imagined Mina ( Dracula’s fiancee) after re read the Bram Stoker novel…
It is a Cake ( semisfere sponge Cake- base) covered with modelling chocolate ruflles. Mina is sculpted in modelling white chocolate. The Cake is completes by a Huge cookie decorated with royal icing.
