Red velvet gateaux with layers of vanilla buttercream. Covered in white ganache and modelling chocolate.
Pleated, textured, hand painted, air brushed with royal icing piping. Rose design is a modernised version of the design on the original wedding cake.
Spray: Claret chrysanthemum, burgundy roses, pink lisianthus, white freesia, berries, Silver Dollar eucalyptus and jasmine vine.
