MTV Reality TV star Farrah Abraham asked me to create her daughter Sophia’s 7th birthday cake. Sophia wanted 7 tiers—one for each year—& a different theme on each tier. She wanted Barney, zebra, Hello Kitty, rainbow beads, dripping ‘ice cream’ & an ice cream castle topper. So we brought her vision to life. She loved it! And is such a cute & sweet little girl. Farrah was a delight to work with, & couldn’t have been nicer.

Each bead on the 10 & 8 inch rainbow tiers was placed by hand. That took a while! LOL!

Thank goodness MTV wasn’t there filming us setting it up! I don’t need that kind of pressure & stress! But it may end up on the show later, I’m not sure. The venue didn’t allow MTV to film there so only private video was being taken. The party setup was absolutely lovely & everyone there, from kids to adults, had a blast!

The bottom 3 tiers are dummies, & the top 3 tiers are Hot Chocolate Cake with chocolate chip cookie dough filling. The castle is rice cereal treats with real ice cream cones & melted white chocolate dripping everywhere. So yummy!
