This cake was created for a wedding showcase to help brides realize a wedding cake doesn’t have to serve a lot or be tiered to be over the top.
This is an 8" (point to point) x 4" hexagon. Created from baroque gum paste molds, I used fondant instead.
I love how it is all white, and as the lighting changes, the shadows over its elements change creating different degrees of contrast.
