Saw this pineapple upside down cake made in a bundt pan on the internet and decided to give it a try. The recipe called for a a cake mix, but I decided to make my yellow, gluten free, low sugar scratch recipe cake, instead. It turned out just like it showed in the recipe. Delicious, too!
I know this is not a decorated cake, but I was so excited because my upside down cakes don’t usually turn out so nice, so I just had to share this one with the people that understand cake baking, my friends here at CakesDecor! Thanks for looking!!!
