I love Katherine Sabbath, her drip cakes are amazing. So for my 30th birthday I decided to give it a go. This is a two tier drip cake with a melting icecream cone on top (a huge cake pop!). The bottom tier was a chocoalte mud cake with caramel filling, and the top cake was a vanilla sponge. The whole cake was covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I hope you like it!

I used ganache to make it drippy, 50/50 white choc to double cream. It’s pretty tricky to get the drips just how you wan them!
