Happy St. Valentine's Day

Happy St. Valentine’s Day everyone and, whether you acknowledge it or not, I hope you have had a wonderful day surrounded by those you love.

My valentine will (hopefully!) be enjoying a zingy lemon cake with two tone buttercream and a lemon curd drizzle, topped with a gorgeous selection of fresh fruit and crispy meringue kisses.
