I must have had a momentary lapse of common sense to accept a 15 kg pure whipped cream wedding cake .But passion is what drives us and sometimes challenging cakes bring out the best in an artist.Only the bow and small blossoms are fondant ,rest all whipped cream and nothing can quite beat a white on white wedding cake .
