My dad loves gardening and we have a huge garden (read : small forest!) in our house, so ever since I had seen plant pot cakes, I knew I had to make my mum and dad a plant pot cake for their anniversary! And what better date than their 40th wedding anniversary :)

Lemon and pistachio cake with raspberry meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache, coated with fondant and airbrushed. And mud made out of Oreo and Lotus biscuits.
Moth orchids made out of gum paste.
