This is a cake I created for Ryan, a 17 year old who has a bright future ahead of him. Ryan has many interest, PacSun soccer, Baylor football, starbucks latte’s and redbulls. This cake is a vanilla cake with white chocolate buttercream and covered in fondant with gumpaste embelishments. The tissue and feathers are made with rice paper. The red bull is rice crispy covered in modeling chocolate, fondant and edible paper.
