Hello everybody,
today is my husband’s birthday and I just had fun making this cake for him, who ADORE chocolate!
No fondant, no modeling, just a tasty cake (hope it is…)
The cake is chocolate cake filled with mascarpone cheese, milk cream and plum jam. It’s covered with the same cream and dusted with cocoa powder.
As it was certain to happen, the cake board and the table were dusted too, hahaha!
