This was the third time of making a cake like this and I always felt this type of cake suited a big sugar flower on top…until this last time I was asked to place small flowers on it. I wasn’t very convinced of that idea, thinking it would look weird. I finished it and the more I looked at it the more it grew on me and now I actually think it looks quite pretty 😀
