My contribution to the Australia Day collaboration.
A delicious cake inspired by Caramello Koalas chocolate and caramel. Oh my goodness he was delicious!
Layers of chocolate and caramel mud cakes, rich chocolate butterscotch cake and filled with salted caramel sauce and butterscotch ganache.
Ganache covered and decorated with hand painted decorations and fondant topper.
So yum!!!
