Who doesn’t need a Knight in shining armor from time to time right??? :) This cake was made for a super awesome kid through the Icing Smiles organization. He is all cake from the neck down, and all of the pieces of his helmet and armor were cut free hand. I used a combination of airbrush and silver and gold Rolkem powders to create the fine details. The sword was created with modeling chocolate.
