A bit of a departure from winter cakes, I realise :)

A dark and sultry gothic spell book cake complete with sculpted aged skull, sugar roses and moths. It is 100% cake with the extra skeletal detail on the skull made with modelling chocolate.

Inside double chocolate mud cake with fudge frosting and dark ganache shell.
