Frosty Fantasy was cake to my first cake competition “Svatební dort roku 2016” in Prague, I was in 4th place.
I´ve never been to a cake competiton, even as a visitor.
Because it´s winter my choice was to make a winter cake.
Inside was chocolade corpus made with 72% chocolade; raspberry cream with fresh raspberries; amaretto liquere; pralin delicrips. Visitors eat the whole cake. Many of them returned and highly praised.
The greatest tribute was praise from Anna Marie Roche and her request for a recipe on my cake.
