Yes, 100% Buttercream. Every layer, every Rose, and every decoration, is Buttercream.

The top and bottom tiers have been impressed with an impression roller, and damask mat (respectively). The middle tier has Buttercream buttons from a mold, and hand piped ruffles.

Each Rose is hand piped in Buttercream, and the Celtic Knot is formed using a mold, and hand painted with edible Dark Gold Metallic Food Paint.

Inspired by the hills and braes of Scotland (where my family is from), and as an Ode to Scotland and my family.
