Having never heard of this furry little beastie I had to do a quick google search and found he was from a movie called Tinkerbell & the Neverbeast…..who knew? Gruff is made from rich dark moist chocolate sponge filled and covered with white chocolate buttercream which was airbrushed. His eyes, mouth and teeth are fondant and his ears are rice krispie treats covered in airbrushed fondant.
