I was lucky enough to participate in Be Red – UNSA 2015 where 160 cake artists made a piece each to raise awareness and money this year for World Aids Day. In addition to this a magazine was produced which is available both digitally and in printed form with the majority of the pieces in it and some great tutorials and recipes. I was asked to produced a tutorial for a New Year’s Eve celebration cake aimed at novice/beginner cakers and this is what I came up with.
