tidying up folders, i found cakes i have not yet posted up of 2015. so this is one of four still not done.
Fabergé Egg was done with 14 other cake artists for Cake Masters Magazine 2015. They were displayed all together at Cakes International, London and Birmingham and was staggered to receive a 3rd place. and painted with cocoa butter. I was inspired by the delightful illustrations of 18th Century artists Felix Schlesinger . the gold surround is fondant with my own home made molds that were again carved into to create texture
