This month I entered my first cake competition. She’s made mostly from modelling chocolate. The snowflakes were made with cake lace. Poinsettias were made using Nicholas Lodge’s newest Craftsy class. The board was airbrushed, then covered in poured sugar and bordered by fondant “snowbanks”, also airbrushed.
