I’ve been so busy making cakes for everyone else I ran out of time to make my own so I had to change my plans to a really simple design. The stags head is hand cut from flowerpaste with added shimmer for a bit of glitz. I love the effect of wood panelling on cakes and I added a few holly leaves and berries with a little glitter to complete the winter effect.
