My family’s Christmas cake I made this year.
I love creating sugar flowers so much I wanted to create an almost winter wedding sort of feel, that was simple but also beautiful.
The bottom tier is a fruit cake and the top is chocolate mud cake with whipped vanilla and milk chocolate ganache.
