This Christmas cake came at the perfect time for me amidst all the crazy. It was just what I needed to refocus on meaningful memories and not the other “stuff” that ends up making this time of year more hectic than jolly. (For me, it’s usually self-inflicted – lol!)
Carved rice krispie star covered in gold disco dust cascading down to the manger scene. Modeling chocolate and fondant were textured and dusted to bring out the details of baby Jesus. I got a chance to use my new soft tip Sugar Shapers from Lucy Cake Design – so in love with the tools! If you’re looking for a last minute gift for that special caker in your life – I highly recommend!
