Hi I am Jenny, I am In Bridlington, UK. I am a Mum of 3 boys. I started making cakes when my eldest turned one, as I really wanted something I had made for him. I carried it on as a hobby and giving cakes away to everyone and then decided to give it a go as a business, so I could work around the children. I feel privileged to be able to take part in this collaboration, this is the first time I have ever been involved with anything like this, am a little nervous, so please be nice . This cake is a Christmas present for my awesome brother and has been inspired by different ornaments that are around at Christmas.
The bottom tier is a cake dummy and has a little train that chugs around and through the tunnel. The middle tier is a traditional rich fruit cake and has around it a collection of Dickensian house pictures taken from a range, illustrating the buildings that Scrooge would have been very familiar with. The top tier is based on a musical snowglobe and is a Ginger Fruit Cake.
