This cake was for the Christmas banquet at my church. The theme was celebrating Christmas through out Latin America. My church is a Spanish speaking church composed of mostly Puerto Rican people; but our pastor is from Chile and we have members from 9 different Latin American countries. I was going to make the flags out of gum paste but it was going to be a lot of work and I didn’t have enough time, So I downloaded the flag of each country represented and laminated them.
