Our floating cake… combining a fruitcake Jedi Master, covered with marzipan and modeling chocolate, and, a gravity defying cake & RCT tower with a two tier wedding cake, with a levitating (yes, levitating) top tier in lemon and elderflower. This cake was created as a show piece for Cake International Birmingham 2015.

We had an amazing time showcasing both our sculptural work, and our wedding design, and were so pleased with the amazing reception we got from everyone who came to see our work. Thanks everyone!
