I had made this cake for a wedding fair, had been keen to do copper ferns for a while, and now of course I’m looking at it and wanting another crack at it :D Even now I’m not sure if it looks better with or without the flower. It was used for a really lovely wedding shoot with some fab Scottish suppliers, and it was really nice to be involved
