“Coffee, Toffee and Custard!”
Special dessert to celebrate my son’s homecoming after working an extended work roster, out of state. He is a big fan of profiteroles. My husband loves coffee cake.
Coffee cake gateaux. Layers of custard cream. Coffee ganache topping. Sides coated in custard cream and almond praline flakes.
Decorated with profiteroles, toasted almond praline shards, toffee shards, coffee nut truffles and fresh cherries.
