This is the panda from my Beijing, China set made for the It’s a Small World Collaboration celebrating all children and cultural diversity around the world on Universal Children’s Day. He is made with fondant with CMC or Tylose added. I did not use any tutorials but realized after that I picked up a trick or two from some tutorials by the Cake Dutchess which she shares on her FB page.
