My eldest daughter worked a placement at EDF Energy during the last few months of her degree in order to write her final thesis. She asked me to make the Zingy cake for her to take in and share on her final day as a goodbye and thank you from her. All dark chocolate mud cake and dark chocolate ganache. They loved it so much they took some pics so he could make an appearance in their monthly company magazine :)
