Gosh, I haven’t posted a cake here for way longer than I realised !!
Hi guys !! I know a lot of you will be celebrating today, so Happy Thanksgiving to you all ! I can’t bring any turkey or pie to your tables, so I thought I’d at least bring something with pumpkins :D
This was a wedding cake made to celebrate the union of an old friend to his beautiful new wife at the stunning Whiston Manorial Barn on Halloween. Gorgeous place !!
Cakes were : Top – vanilla madeira with lemon curd and white choc ganache, bottom – rich coffee madeira with Baileys and white chocolate ganache.
The pumpkin was RKT covered in fondant and dusted and it was my first time making sunflowers, though not in the traditional colours, as you can see !
