I was delighted to do this Chocolate a sculpted Beagle Puppy Cake for the Lord Mayor, Jean Bowers, which was presented to her at the opening of Oakland Furniture Store where she attended. She supports the animal charity called Animal Lifeline with a sitting puppy as its logo, hence I did this one in a sitting position like logo. http://www.animallifeline.org.uk/wp/?page_id=266 The entire cake is chocolate except front feet and dog snout which are RKT. All covered in a fondant and modelling chocolate mix, detailed using a Dresden tool, and then airbrushed. Eyes are hand painted onto fondant eyeballs. The cake will be used to raise money for the aforementioned charity this weekend at a Gala Dinner with the Lord Mayor.
