Ninjago! Quite by chance I’d come across this a couple of days before the customer called and asked for a cake for her grandson with this theme, so I knew what she was talking about – sort of!!
All the pieces and ninjago font were cut by hand, and as I’ve no Lego molds the Lego pieces were modelled by hand too. Enjoyed working on this, it turned out to be a fun and stress free cake to do which doesn’t seem to happen very often!! Both tiers were chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream.
