This has got to be the fastest turn around I’ve ever done!!
Serena Facebook messaged me on Tuesday night asking if I could possibly make a cake for Thursday.
So baked that evening and filled and finished on Wednesday to be delivered at 8am on Thursday morning.
There was a lot of hand cutting on this design, I made my templates from baking parchment and mirrored them to try and get symmetry.
I think it turned out quite well considering the time I spent on it.
Just shows what you can achieve if you challenge yourself.

Cake is Chocolate fudge.
