Hi, I have always wanted to make one of these so was thrilled when my customer asked me for one. It is far from perfect and there’s lots I would change/improve on if made again but my customer was very happy with it and I’m happy with the outcome.

It was a Victoria sponge layered 4 times with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve.
