This is a little double barrel 6" round cake I made this weekend. I used massa ticino fondant for the first time and am totally hooked – I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was to handle/cover the cake with – the best I’ve tried to date (and I’ve tried a few). It was easy to cover the double barrel without having to use the wrap around method :-) – happy days.
