The cake that almost didn’t happen! Totally last minute cake that I started from 3pm and finished at 3am (with a break for dinner and washing up). Made the roses and filler flowers in 2 hours so no drying time at all hence they are a little squished in certain places hahaha.
The top tier is gluten free and also doubles as a reveal cake, such a lovely cake to be a part of. My first time making this texture with buttercream and thank goodness it turned out alright as time was very limited.
