This is quite a simple wedding cake. My customers were going to provide their own topper but then I got a call from the groom to say could I make a surprise topper with him having a beer and the bride looking a bit cheesed off, he wanted it to be a surprise for the bride lol. He assured me she would find it funny, so I am waiting to hear what her reaction was.
This was also my first time with isamolt and I got through a whole bag of nibs before I managed to get rid of the yellow tinge to it, I just had to melt it at a really really low heat :) x
