This is an English inspired Nirvana style cake with delicate royal icing side panels inspired by Eddie Spence MBE and the Top cake collar inspired by SP Borella’s Beautiful style of piping. The side templates are from the book " the art of royal icing" and adjusted to size needed, and the top collar is my own template made to size. Enjoy xx
