Ah – English seaside days with beach huts and ice cream cones… miss them already! This little cake is from a little girl called Daisy for her Mummy’s birthday. The ice cream cone is filled with cake (baked the batter in the cone) and there’s another one inverted on top, covered with swirls of buttercream. The little figure, which inspired the theme, was bought from Cascade Too, Bookham.
