This was my biggest naked cake to date, five tiers from 8" up to 12", one of coconut cake with a whipped milk chocolate ganache, two banana cake with salted caramel buttercream and two of lemon sponge with a vanilla buttercream, and all decorated with fresh berries. It was the first time I’ve been asked to use fresh flowers on a cake and I was surprised by how many it took (though I don’t think it looks like it, I used a entire bucket full)! I was very happy with the final look of it :)
